Established in 1998, RAI Architect Inc. is a service-driven practice with a mandate to continually challenge itself to provide design and production excellence for the client.  Under the leadership of its two principals, Morry Edelstein and Peter Pomeroy, the experienced staff of RAI is dedicated to providing creative solutions to meet each client’s budget, schedule and programmatic requirements.

 

Licensed to practice architecture in the Provinces of Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba and Nova Scotia, RAI provides a full range of services to both private and public sector clients.  Over the years we have brought to fruition a diverse range of projects for client groups in a number of industries including small and large scale retail, manufacturing, institutional, banking, transportation, automotive, food preparation, commercial office and education.

 

We tailor our services in accordance with the nature of the project.  We specialize in planning and design services including feasibility studies, building science, building sustainability, building programming, space planning and site planning.

 

We also provide full contract administration services including preparation of contract documents, site review and payment certification during construction.
